chest press machine 3 x failure super set with chest squeeze plates
lateral chest press 3 x failure (super set last set)
Ab routine:
GHD 3 x failure
Toes to bar 2 x failure
pendulum swings 2 x failure
Rope pull downs 2 x failure

Go for it Jill & Luke - you two are an inspiration - I'm sharing your link with my breathless friends. our workouts would be time off for you but a big challenge for each of them...and they all hate squats!!
One question - what is the significance when you say "fish" on the Food Log instead of the specific type, like Tilapia?
we thank you for the following! we are having a blast training for the competition.. especially during the off season, get to eat and train with a few glasses of wine here and there till the 7 week out countdown!

right now, it is any type of white fish as we aren't in the dial in phase... but as a trainer and competitor, we are just eating tilapia as it is very light and well CHEAP!
we get whatever white fish is on sale (so sometimes sole) but most of the time it is tilapia.
