Biceps & Tricep Workout:

Preacher Curl 3 x fatigue

EZ bar: 3 x failure with strip sets

Hang bar curl 3 x failure

Triceps:
Tricep rope pull down for warm up
Pull downs 3 x failure
Skull Crushers 3 x failure (1 set dropping weight 40-35-25lbs)
bar pull downs / using chest press 3 x failure
Kettle ball fascia stretch
