Quads Day:

Leg Extension 3 x failure 85lbs, 100, 115

Leg Press 3 x failure strip sets
Jill: 200lbs set 1, 300lbs set 2, 350lbs set 3
Luke: 300lbs set 1, 400lbs set 2, 450lbs set 3
1 set 4-5 reps failure slow and controlled

Front Squats 3 x failure
Jill: Bar only
Luke: 30 lbs  / 50lbs
super set with air squats

Leg Extension 3 x failure
super set with step ups 25lbs dumbbells

WE CANT WALK!
