bicep preacher curl 3 x failure

strip set ez bar curl 3 x failure 20lbs of plates

bent over straight bar 3 x failure @ 30lbs

Rope Pull downs 2 x failure @ 30

Push downs 3 x failure: strip set 45 - 25

Skull Crushers 40lbs 3 x failure last set finish off with 30 lbs

straight bar seated chest press 3 x failure

Ab crunches @ 115lbs 3 x 25
