Lat Pull Down 3 x failure and negatives

T bar Row 3-4 sets
1 strip set

Lat Cable Pull Downs 3 x failure

Rear Delt Reverse Pec Deck Standing
3 x failure

DB side Lat raises holding tension
3 x failure including negatives

shoulder press 3 x failure

Upright Rows 4 x failure... then a few more each set
