1 hour power walk outside with Nicole

DB bicep curl 4 x 10 @ 15lbs
Bicep bar curl 4 x 10 2 45lbs
tricep rope pull down 3 plate 4 x 10
dips with purple band 4 x 10
kick backs 4 x 10 @ 10lbs
bar pull downs 4 x 10 @ 3 plate

30 minute yoga stretch
