Seated Row 4 x failure 90lbs
Superset:
Bent over pulls 3 x failure @ 45lbs
Cable pull downs 3 x failure @ 35lbs
Deadlifts 4 x failure worked up to 150lbs
Dumbell straight leg deadliest 3 x failure @ 40lbs
Leg Curl to Failure 3 sets: 100, 115, 130... then last set stripped it
Isolation: fixed fet in bar and tried to lower body to ground using hamstrings: 3 x failure sets
